Digital Designer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced designer with a strong focus on the visual ideation and execution of product, brand, and web design projects.

Being a purposely small team, your input and the work you do have a big impact. You will work closely with everyone on the team—fellow designers and versatile creatives—and will be in direct contact with our clients and their stakeholders to help shape ideas into exciting experiences.

We’re looking for somebody who enjoys creating digital products that connect with people. A creative thinker who challenges conventions and themselves by being experimental and not afraid to fail. Someone who understands how to navigate the design process, through iterations and fine-tuning, to get to creative solutions and top-notch design standards.

It’s important to us that you feel comfortable in an autonomous work culture. You’re eager to help other designers and inspire the team through curiosity and empathy, outside your responsibilities, spanning the design process.

What we’re looking for

• You have 2+ years of professional experience in digital (UX/UI) and graphic design.

• You have verifiable experience in designing products (software and apps), brands, and websites. You can share a variety of work that demonstrates taste and great attention to detail.

• You’re a creative thinker who challenges conventions, can translate requirements into conceptual solutions, and create production-ready designs.

• You speak and write fluently in English and Spanish (we use English to communicate internally and with our international clients).

• You’re led by curiosity, empathy, and passion, which is reflected in your design approach.

• You have a great understanding of current tools, like Figma, and you can adapt to new emerging technologies in the design industry.

• You’re eager to exchange ideas, share inspiration with the team, and contribute to a respectful, open team culture.

• You have strong communication skills and can explain and present your work, process, and design decisions to clients and the rest of the team.

• You are located within commuting distance from Valencia.

It would be great if...

• You have experience working on projects using Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban).

• You have experience prototyping your ideas and designs to make them easier to present.

• You have animation or motion experience to present your work expressively.
